Intinor is once again set to collaborate with its UK partner Zest Technologies at MPTS 2025 (Olympia, 14-15 May 2025). Following the recent launch of key updates to the Direkt series, Intinor will showcase these advancements at Zest Technologies' stand, F47.
As the demand for reliable live production continues to rise, Intinor has packed its Direkt series with new features. The latest update includes 10-bit encoding and decoding, improving colour depth and dynamic range for contribution and remote production workflows. This enables broadcasters to benefit from more accurate visuals while optimising bandwidth efficiency. Additionally, the Direkt router series now supports SMPTE 302M (Dolby E) passthrough on selected SDI cards, enabling seamless transmission of multi-channel, professional-grade audio for live broadcast and remote production.
In line with its commitment to reliability and flexibility in IP-based video transport, Intinor continues to enhance support for SMPTE 2022-7 and RTP over SRT. These open standards improve interoperability with various SRT encoders and routers, offering redundancy across satellite, fibre, and internet paths while maintaining stability. NDI support has also been expanded to include NDI 6.x and NDI-HX input, increasing integration flexibility for broadcasters and production teams.
A core part of Intinor's focus remains on usability, with continuous improvements shaping the user experience. The Intinor Direkt Management (IDM) interface is nearing its full feature set, making it easier to manage multiple Direkt units and adding more control over SDI input/output configurations, streamlining the overall experience.
“We’re pleased to return to MPTS 2025 with Zest Technologies, a partner we've had a successful collaboration with for years,” said Daniel Lundstedt, Head of Sales and Marketing at Intinor. “The updates we’ve made to the Direkt series reflect our commitment to supporting broadcasters and production teams in adapting to evolving demands for quality, efficiency, and seamless integration in live production.
“MPTS provides a great platform to connect with the UK market and showcase how our solutions are helping customers deliver reliable, high-quality video transport solutions for increasingly complex workflows. We invite attendees to visit Zest Technologies’ stand F47 to see these solutions in action.”
