Glensound launches Greater Divine Supernal at PLASA Show 2026

Glensound will launch the Greater Divine Supernal at PLASA Show 2026, extending its intelligent loudspeaker range for professional studio monitoring and live audio. Also on show are new developments in Dante interfacing, feedback control and Milan network audio.

The Greater Divine Supernal is the latest evolution of Glensound's iconic, award-winning Divine intelligent loudspeaker. Building on Greater Divine, it is designed for professional monitoring applications where accurate audio reproduction and plenty of usable level are required. Glensound's in-house GEM DSP platform adds 1Gb networking, eight separate network inputs, USB-C, headphone output and further processing functions. A larger solid aluminium enclosure and bi-amplified two-way design provide a robust monitor suited to studio, front of house and mobile production use. It starts shipping at the end of the year.

For systems where acoustic feedback is a constant concern, the new HOWL32 provides high-density frequency shifting across Dante and AES67 networks. Each card handles 32 audio inputs and outputs, with up to four independent cards in a single unit. By shifting the audio frequency by a small fixed amount, HOWL32 prevents a system from locking onto a single resonant frequency and significantly reduces the likelihood of feedback. Redundant network and power options support continuous operation.

The DARK22M provides a compact route between analogue, USB and Dante audio. Its two inputs can each be configured independently for mic, 48V phantom power or line level, with two analogue outputs and bi-directional USB-C connectivity. High-specification copper and fibre networking, redundancy and remote control give the low-channel-count interface the capabilities required for larger Dante systems.

Glensound's first Milan interfaces will also feature at PLASA. The AoIP4I and AoIP4O provide four analogue inputs or four analogue outputs to a Milan network, providing a simple connection between analogue audio equipment and networked systems.

Greater Divine Supernal is a good example of how we work, taking a product people already know and developing it for the next set of requirements.”

PLASA has seen several Glensound products recognised for innovation over the years, making the show a fitting part of the company's 60th anniversary year. Visitors can expect a few surprise giveaways, alongside the GTM Diamond, a special anniversary edition of Glensound's popular esports gamer interface finished with more than 4,000 hand-placed Swarovski crystals.
