The original launch of Suite 7 brought a whole raft of new creative tools, alongside major productivity boosts. All three frontline creative packages are bundled with eStudio, Brainstorm’s acclaimed render engine. With the significant efficiency enhancements in Suite 7, InfinitySet works seamlessly on dual GPU workstations, delivering the performance required by live broadcast operations while minimizing hardware and energy costs.
The new additions to Suite 7 add AI tools, as well as enhancing still further the performance of the render engine. Using AI, InfinitySet can now track talents for keying without the need for a green screen, providing high-quality keying from a wide range of environments. Moreover, AI Body Tracking can identify and follow body parts of the on-screen talent for automated live interaction with 3D graphics components, making for more engaging ways of explaining and demonstrating complicated concepts on screen.
The power of the eStudio render engine is increased yet more with the addition of native gaussian splatter, a cutting-edge technique that creates highly detailed 3D scenes from 2D photographs. For users, this means a very fast route to photorealistic environments without leaving the Brainstorm ecosystem and without the need for high-horsepower hardware. Suite 7 on eStudio also adds a native particle system, again with the aim of boosting productivity.
“Through constant conversations with our users and with our technology partners, we use our R&D resources to best effect to meet their real needs,” said Hector Viguer, Brainstorm chief operations officer. “That means understanding what those needs are, whether large or small.
“From there, we find the best solutions, using our own developments or the best on the market,” Viguer added. “Adding gaussian splatter for photorealistic rendering in Suite 7 means using the best algorithms and processes available. As an example, the Sony XYN splatter we will be demonstrating at IBC, or our seamless integration with the Unreal Engine, including all the latest tools in UE 5.8.
“Working with AI tools to add the small touches makes workflows simple and streamlined,” he concluded. “Alongside keying and body tracking without a green screen, we have also used AI to add voice recognition and action triggering to provide more automated certainty to complex real-time sequences.”
Also new in Suite 7 are a raft of requested facilities, including tight integration and pre-build calibration for PTZ cameras and video walls. At IBC2026, Brainstorm is demonstrating these capabilities with a demonstration featuring the Sony FR7 Cinema Line PTZ camera, mounted on EVS T-Motion robotic column and rail, and an Alfalite LED wall. At the same time, Brainstorm will be present at the Sony stand with InfinitySet as part of the Ocellus demo, using a single InfinitySet workstation to drive a 3-camera setup.
Brainstorm is also hosting the VWA (Virtual Worlds Association) on its IBC stand. Brainstorm is co-founder and member of the board of this European Association dedicated to promoting virtual technology, so this space will serve to introduce the VWA to the broadcast and audiovisual worlds.
IBC visitors are invited to take a seat in the presentation area, relax and talk to the Brainstorm team about the latest developments in broadcast graphics creation and delivery. Find out more on IBC2026 stand 7.A15, or at brainstorm.tv.
